The 12 Days of Fitmas Challenge

Directions: Try to challenge yourself each day!


December 13 - 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minute run

OR 5 x 20 yard sprints

December 14 - 10 minutes of stretching and 5 jumping jacks, 5 push ups, 5 cherry pickers, 5 sit ups, 5 mountain climbers

December 15 - 10 minutes of stretching and 5 x 1 minute plank

December 16 - 10 minutes of stretching and 10 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 10 cherry pickers, 10 sit ups, 10 mountain climbers

December 17 - 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minute run OR 10 x 20 yard sprint

December 18 - 10 minutes of stretching and 15 jumping jacks, 15 push ups,

15 cherry pickers, 15 sit ups, 15 mountain climbers

December 19 - 10 minutes of stretching and 10 x 10 second planks

December 20 - 10 minutes of stretching and 20 jumping jacks, 20 push ups,

20 cherry pickers, 20 sit ups, 20 mountain climbers

December 21 - 10 minutes of stretching and plank for as long as you can x 5

December 22 - 10 minutes of stretching and and 25 jumping jacks, 25 push ups,

25 cherry pickers, 25 sit ups, 25 mountain climbers

December 23 - 10 minutes of stretching and 25 squats, 25 scissor kicks, 25 lunges each leg

December 24 - 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minute run or 10 x 20 yard sprint and 5 x 1 minute planks

December 25 - 10 minutes of stretching and pick your favorite!
