In 1st-6th grade students were asked to participate in the "25 Days of FITMAS" Challenge. Students must complete and check off the exercise of the day. If they return the "25 Days of FITMAS" worksheet signed by a parent that they have completed the challenge, I will give them a Christmas surprise! 

December 1 –  10 minutes of stretching

December 2 -  10 minute run

December 3 - 5 x 20 yard sprint

December 4 – 5 jumping jacks, 5 push ups, 5 Russian twists, 5 sit ups, 5 mountain climbers

December 5 -  10 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 10 Russian twists, 10 sit ups, 10 mountain climbers

December 6 – 15 jumping jacks, 15 push ups, 15 Russian twists, 15 sit ups, 15 mountain climbers

December 7 – 20 jumping jacks, 20 push ups, 20 Russian twists, 20 sit ups, 20 mountain climbers

December 8 – 25 jumping jacks, 25 push ups, 25 Russian twists, 25 sit ups, 25 mountain climbers

December 9 – 10 minute run

December 10- 10 x 20 yard sprint

December 11 – 10 x 10 second plank

December 12 – 4 x 30 second plank

December 13 – 2 x 1 minute plank

December 14 – plank for as long as you can

December 15 – 3 x 1 minute plank

December 16 – 10 minute run

December 17 – 5 x 20 yard sprint & 3 x 1 minute planks

December 18 – 5 squats, 5 scissors, 5 lunges each leg

December 19 - 10 squats, 10 scissors, 10 lunges each leg

December 20 - 15 squats, 15 scissors, 15 lunges each leg

December 21 - 20 squats, 20 scissors, 20 lunges each leg

December 22 - 25 squats, 25 scissors, 25 lunges each leg

December 23 – 10 minute run

December 24 - 10 x 20 yard sprint & 5 x 1 minute planks

December 25 - pick your favorite!
