Coming back from winter break, the students have now begun their fitness tests! At O.L.V. we use a modified version of the NYC Fitnessgram as our Fitness Test. Our Fitnessgram consists of a push-up test, curl-up test (sit-ups), pull-ups, arm hang, PACER test, one mile run/jog/walk, hip flexibility, and back flexibility.
